Cliff Manor sits near the western end of the West Cliff, in the stretch where the town starts giving way to the wooded chines. It is one of the smaller-volume FlexieStays properties by review count, which usually means a newer addition rather than a quieter one.
This guide is published by FlexieStays, who operate this property. What follows is the operator writing about its own building, not an independent review.
The apartments
Self-contained apartments with a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate living area, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Access is by self check-in with 24/7 support, and on-site parking is listed among the facilities.
The case for an apartment over a room is entirely practical and gets stronger with every extra night: somewhere to cook, somewhere to put washing, and somewhere to sit that is not the end of the bed.
The location
The western half of the West Cliff is quieter than the stretch nearer the pier, and closer to the chines that cut down to the best of the western beaches. Durley Chine is the natural one from here, Blue Flag and noticeably calmer than the sand by the pier.
The town centre remains a level walk east along the clifftop. Westbourne, inland, is the nearest place with a working high street and a real choice of independent restaurants.
Booking and good to know
The property holds an aggregate score of 4.8 from 215 reviews. That is a smaller sample than the longer-established properties, which is worth reading as less evidence rather than a different quality. Scores are published per property and sourced from third-party booking platforms.
Rates, layouts, availability and parking arrangements are on the property page. For how booking works — payments, the pay-25%-now option and cancellations — see the booking & help page or the FlexieStays help centre.
