Seabreeze is one of the FlexieStays apartment buildings on the West Cliff, a few doors along from Tower House and sharing the same essential geography: high ground above the beach, a short descent to the promenade, and the town centre within an easy level walk.
This guide is published by FlexieStays, who operate this property. What follows is the operator writing about its own building.
The apartments
Each apartment is self-contained — a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area separate from the bedroom, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. Access is by self check-in with support available around the clock.
The value of that format is not obvious on a two-night stay and becomes obvious on a two-week one. A kitchen means you are not eating out three times a day; a living room means the evening does not have to happen on a bed.
The location
The West Cliff sits between the town centre and the wooded chines to the west, which gives it an unusual pair of advantages: you are close enough to walk into town, and close enough to walk away from it.
Down at sea level, the central stretch of Bournemouth Beach is east along the promenade and Durley Chine is west — the latter noticeably quieter for the same sand. Inland, Westbourne is the nearest neighbourhood with a real concentration of independent places to eat.

For help deciding where in the bay to base yourself, the neighbourhood guide compares each area, and the accommodation section lists everything else across the bay.
