Manchester company Company Chameleon brings Obscura to Lighthouse in Poole for a single evening on 6 November 2026. This contemporary dance double bill places two works side by side to explore light and darkness, the shadows people carry and the pull back toward the light.
What to expect
Known for physical, emotionally direct dance theatre, Company Chameleon pairs two separate pieces into one evening here rather than presenting a single continuous work. Expect athletic, expressive movement built around that central theme. Details such as the running order and any interval are confirmed by the venue closer to the date, so check Lighthouse's official listing for the latest information.
Planning your visit
As Poole's arts centre and one of the largest venues of its type outside London, Lighthouse sits a short distance from Poole Quay and is easily reached from Bournemouth by road or rail. Nearby dining options make it easy to build a full evening around the show. Booking runs through the venue's official listing, which also carries the most current times, prices and ticket information.
